To provide a heat-shielding adhesive tape capable of obtaining a sufficient heat-shielding effect so that an objective material pasted with the heat-shielding adhesive tape does not get an extreme temperature elevation by radiation heat from a nearby heat source, and also securing a sufficient adhesion toward the pasted objective material.

This heat-shielding adhesive tape is provided by forming a metal layer on the one side surface of a substrate material and an adhesive layer on a reverse surface. The adhesive layer is constituted by an adhesive layer containing a latent heat storage material and at least one layer of the adhesive layer without containing the latent heat storage layer on the side which is not the substrate material side of the adhesive layer.
