PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shielding glass that has designability and has good heat-shielding properties.SOLUTION: In a heat-shielding glass having a glass plate and a heat-shielding coating film provided on a first surface of the glass plate, the heat-shielding coating film is constructed from three or more layers including a conductive tin oxide-containing layer, and the heat-shielding glass has suppressed yellowness and redness. When a spectral reflectance spectrum curve is primarily differentiated in the wavelength range of 380 to 550 nm, the spectrum curve being measured in a state in which the heat-shielding coating film side is brought into contact with an integrating sphere detector and the glass plate side is brought into contact with white paper, and in a state in which the glass plate side is brought into contact with an integrating sphere detector and the heat-shielding coating film side is brought into contact with white paper, the heat-shielding glass has a maximum of one location where the sign of the primary differentiation thus obtained changes from positive to negative.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
