Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shielding plate which can inhibit damage of the heat shielding plate caused by repetitive heat expansion and heat shrinkage.SOLUTION: A heat shielding plate 100 is attached to a heat radiation member 10 and includes: multiple fixing parts 101 which are individually fixed to multiple attachment parts 11 of the heat radiation member 10; and a protruding part 102 which is positioned between the multiple fixing parts 101 and protrudes to a heat radiation member side or a side opposite to the heat radiation member relative to the fixing part 101. The protruding part 102 has: a top surface part 110 forming a maximum protrusion part 102t; and a slope part 120 connecting the fixing part 101 with the top surface part 110. The slope part 120 has an S-shaped cross-sectional shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
