The heat-shielding sheet is formed by laminating a support sheet formed of polyethylene resin for reinforcing and supporting a non-woven cloth, and the non-woven cloth formed of polyethylene resin on an aluminum sheet or aluminum foil, and arranging a coating composition layer containing carbon powder in this order. The heat-shielding sheet is formed in a filament, and is formed by weaving, knitting, or sewing the filament. The heat-shielding sheet may be attached on a cloth material, and may be sandwiched by the cloth material.
