Title:
HEAT-SHRINKABLE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003041090
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a thermally shrinkable film that has excellent balance of physical properties, for example, transparency, rigidity, and impact strength, shows good low-temperature shrinkability, as the natural shrinkage is suppressed, and can be readily mounted onto vessels, for example, PET bottles on the beverage charging line.

A resin component including at least two of styrene-conjugated diene block copolymers is used as at lease one layer of the thermally shrinkable film. In addition, the glass transition temperatures of the two block copolymer are adjusted in a specific range, the difference between the glass transition temperatures of these block polymers are adjusted in a specific range and a specific lubricant is mixed to the two resin components forming both of the surface and back layers in specific amounts, respectively.
