Title:
HEAT SHRINKAGE POLYSTYRENE LAMINATE FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3162018
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkage polystyrene laminate film having excellent balance of transparency, low natural shrinkage in an ambient temperature range, breakage resistance and shrinkage finishing properties.
SOLUTION: The heat shrinkage polystyrene laminate film comprises an intermediate layer made of rubber-like elastic material dispersed polystyrene resin, and front and rear layers formed of resin made of block copolymer made of vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and conjugated diene hydrocarbon or mixed polymer obtained by mixing the copolymer with styrene polymer and having a storage elastic modulus at 90°C at vibrating frequency of 10 Hz of 2.0×109 to 9.0×109 dyn/cm2 and laminated and oriented. In this case, heat shrinkage of 10 sec in warm water of 90°C is 30% or more at lest in one direction, and maximum neck-in rate of 10 sec in warm water of 90°C in a direction perpendicular to the above direction is 20% or less.
