Abstract:
To provide a heat sink having good thermal conductivity, a large specific surface area and good radiating effects.
Metal powder 4 having good thermal conductivity obtained by kneading with a binder, is sprayed onto an upper surface 3 of a fin portion 2 and a base portion 1 of the heat sink which consists of metal, such as copper, aluminum or the like having good thermal conductivity for contacting with a circuit forming part of a heat generating source, followed by sintering, adhesion and integration, thereby increasing the specific surface area of the heat sink for enhancing radiating effects.
