Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of obtaining satisfactory heat radiation efficiency in a heat sink having a to-be-cooled object disposed at a center thereof.SOLUTION: This heat sink 20 comprises: a plate substrate part 21 having a to-be-cooled object disposed at a center of a lower surface thereof; a columnar strut part 22 rising from the substrate 21 upward; and a heat radiation part 23 having plate-like fins. The heat radiation part 23 includes inner fins 31 extending radially about the strut part 22; intermediate fins 32 bifurcated from outer ends of the inner fins 31 and extending radially outward; outer fins 33 extending from outer ends of the intermediate fins 32 radially outward; and auxiliary fins 34 disposed between the outer fins 33 adjacent circumferentially. The intermediate fins 32 each include an intermediate bent part bent to one circumferential side as being closer to a radially outward side. A maximum curvature of the intermediate bent part is larger than maximum curvatures of the outer fins 33 and the auxiliary fins 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
