Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink which has achieved improvement of cooling efficiency of a heating element.SOLUTION: A heat sink includes: a base plate 21 to which an LED element 11 is thermally connected; and a plurality of heat pipes 22 arranged side by side with the base plate 21. The base plate 21 includes a thick wall part 31 for separating a central side heat pipe 22A which is close to the LED element 11 in distance further away than the lateral side heat pipe 22B from the LED element 11 in a thickness direction of the base plate 21, out of the plurality of heat pipes 22.
