PURPOSE: To enhance the heat radiating performance without increasing pressure loss of a heat sink by providing many plate-shaped fins at a heat sink or a microheat sink unit and forming a plurality of inlet and outlet portions for a cooling fluid on the top surface of the heat sink.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of nozzles 3 with a rectangular section are provided on the top surface of a heat sink where many plate-shaped fins 2 are provided on a fin base 1 and are used as a guiding portion for the cooling fluid. At the same time, a plurality of outlet portions 4 of the cooling fluid are formed on the upper surface of the heat sink, a substantial channel length for flowing the cooling fluid is reduced, a discharge of cooling fluid flowing each effective channel is reduced, and a pressure loss due to the flow of the cooling fluid is decreased. Thus, the heat radiating performance can be enhanced without increasing the pressure loss of the heat tank.
