Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat source machine whose power consumption during operation can be more saved and whose operation cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: An indoor installation type heat source machine includes a plurality of temperature detection means including at least air supply temperature detection means capable of detecting a temperature of air taken into a housing and atmospheric temperature detection means capable of detecting an atmospheric temperature in the housing. The heat source machine further includes a plurality of freeze preventing heater groups including at least a first freeze preventing heater group composed of one or more freeze preventing heaters attached to a heat exchanger and a second freeze preventing heater group composed of one or more freeze preventing heaters attached to a member other than the heat exchanger. The heat source machine performs operation for driving the predetermined freeze preventing heater group only for predetermined time within a predetermined period and/or operation for driving ventilation means for supplying air for combustion in a predetermined ventilation quantity based on a plurality pieces of information of temperature respectively detected by the plurality of temperature detection means.
