PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alert an inspection timing considering an outdoor temperature.SOLUTION: A control device of a heat source unit includes: a receiving part for receiving a measured value including a temperature measured by the heat source unit; a time measuring part (111) for measuring a use time from a start of using the heat source unit; an obtaining part (113) for obtaining a correlation value that correlates with an outdoor temperature of the heat source unit, based on the measured value received at the receiving part; an alert part (117) for alerting that the use time reached an inspection time corresponding to an inspection timing; a threshold deciding part (115) for deciding a threshold value, based on the correlation value obtained at the obtaining part during a predetermined period of time from the start of use to the inspection time; and a timing deciding part (116) for deciding the alert timing, based on a comparative result of the threshold value and the correlation value obtained at the obtaining part when the use time reaches a decision time (124) that corresponds to the inspection time or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
