To provide a heat storage component for a transport machinery which can easily and surely store heat energy without necessitating any special equipment, and can effectively suppress icing of snow (ice) on a component of the transport machinery or high temperature of the component caused by temperature change such as lowering and rise of temperature.
A fender liner has a laminated structure in which: a coating film layer 2 is formed on the outer peripheral surface side of a liner body 1, the coating film layer 2 being composed of a heat storage agent composition formed by compounding microcapsules encapsulating a heat storage material in a polymer matrix; two planar heat generating elements 3 are provided at an interval while being stuck onto the outer surface of the coating film layer 2 as a heating means for compensation; and the further outside of the heat generating elements 3 is covered with Thinsulate 4.
