Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage device of an internal combustion engine waste heat recovery device capable of improving heat retaining properties of a heat storage medium.SOLUTION: A heat storage device (100) of an internal combustion engine waste heat recovery device is a heat storage device used in a waste heat recovery device (40) including: a steam generator (50) generating steam by heating a working fluid of liquid supplied thereinto by waste heat of an internal combustion engine (20); a recovery unit (60) recovering heat from the steam generated in the steam generator (50). The heat storage device (100) comprises: a heat storage medium (110) arranged in the steam generator (50) and storing heat and emitting the stored heat; and a moving mechanism (115) moving the heat storage medium (110) so that a projection amount of the heat storage medium (110) from an inner wall surface (53) of the steam generator (50) toward an interior of the steam generator (50) becomes smaller as an internal pressure of the steam generator (50) is higher.
