Abstract:
To store higher-temperature cooling water in a heat storage tank, in a heat storage system for an engine.
When cooling water is stored in the heat storage tank 11, a controller 30 pours the cooling water from a cooling water circuit 20 into the heat storage tank 11, and preheats the heat storage tank 11 by the cooling water poured into the heat storage tank 11. After preheating is completed, the controller 30 pours the cooling water again from the cooling water circuit 20 into the heat storage tank 11, returns the cooling water in the heat storage tank 11, with temperature reduced for preheating, to the cooling water circuit 20, and stores the cooling water poured again in the heat storage tank 11.
