To provide the composite device of an air conditioner and a refrigerating machine, employing the indoor and outdoor units, the showcase and the refrigerating unit of a refrigerating machine as well as a heat storage tank for a conventional air conditioner while restraining the using amount of refrigerant.
A heat storage type air-conditioning and refrigerating device is constituted of an air conditioner 1, constituted of an outdoor unit 2 and an indoor unit 3 which are connected through an air conditioning refrigerant pipe to cool and heat the inside of a room, and a refrigerating machine 5, constituted of a showcase 6 and a refrigerating unit 7 which are connected through a refrigerating refrigerant pipe to retain the cold heat of commodities received in the showcase 6, while the air conditioner 1 and the refrigerating machine 5 are connected thermally through a heat storage tank 14. In such a heat storage type air-conditioning and refrigerating device, a heat storage unit 4, equipped with the heat storage tank 14, is provided between the outdoor unit and the indoor unit while an air-conditioning refrigerant pipe is received in the heat storage tank 14. The refrigerating machine 5 is equipped with a water heat exchanger 28 for effecting heat exchange of thermal fluid from the heat storage tank 14.
