Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type apparatus for molten-ice cold water which enables easy execution of washing and sterilization of the inside of a water tank by making a structure of the inside of the water tank be of simple constitution and enables direct cooling of foodstuff or direct making of sanitary cold water for preparation for production of the foodstuff.
SOLUTION: An ice-making heat storage device 2 to be installed in a water tank 1 of a heat storage type apparatus for molten-ice cold water is made to have a constitution wherein a plurality of ice-making heat storage plates 21 formed by sticking metallic thin plates 22 to each other so that refrigerant introducing passages 27 may be secured between the thin plates 22 are juxtaposed. The inner surface of the water tank 1 is made smooth and inner corners are made to have recessed curved surfaces while an inspection window is formed in the top part. On the lower side of the ice-making heat storage device 2, injection pipes 41 jetting compressed air or steam selectively are disposed, and a washing liquid supply pipe 58 equipped with a plurality of spray jet nozzles 57 is provided in the upper part of the water tank 1 in such a manner that it can be arranged to be connected to a C.I.P. washing system 5.
