To provide a heat collection/exhaust structure of a building capable of performing intake of heat collection air into an indoor and efficiently performing heat exhaust of indoor hot-air without impairing the appearance of the building.
A heat collection/exhaust structure of a building comprises: a chimney-like structure 2 installed on a roof 1 of a building; a heat collection device 3 installed on the chimney-like structure 2; a first duct 4 connected to the heat collection device 3; a second duct 5 connected to a ventilation space of the chimney-like structure 2; a first fan device 6 for introducing heat collection air acquired by the heat collection device 3 into an indoor by using the first duct 4; and a second fan device 7 for exhausting indoor air to the ventilation space by using the second duct 5.
