To provide a heat collecting/heat supplying system by a heat pipe utilizing the heat pipe disposed on a structure of a road and the like and utilizing two functions of heat collection and heat supply by one system.

The heat pipe 1 is disposed in an inclined state that its one end is positioned at an upper portion and the other end is positioned at a lower portion at a prescribed depth of the structure. A heat collecting body 2 is connected with an upper end portion of the heat pipe 1 and a heat supplying body 3 is connected with a lower end portion of the heat pipe 1. A heat medium liquid is supplied to the heat collecting body 2 or the heat supplying body 3 through a pipe conduit body 8 from a heat medium liquid supplying device 7 by a circulation pump 9. For example, the hot water is supplied to the heat supplying body to be utilized in melting snow in winter, and the cold water is supplied to the heat collecting body to be utilized in bath hot water and the like in summer. The switching of the supply of heat medium liquid to the heat collecting body 2 or the heat supplying body 3 through the pipe conduit body 8 is performed by valves 10, 11, 12, 13.
