This heat transfer device includes working fluid sealed in the interior, a tubular passage to which a material to be cooled and a cooling means are thermally connected and where the working fluid in an area to which at least the material to be cooled is thermally connected is in the supercritical pressure state, and a fluid driving device connected to the tubular passage to form a closed passage with the tubular passage, thereby moving the sealed working fluid in the closed passage.
