Abstract:
To provide a refrigeration machine which allows for a manipulation of a part to be cooled without releasing a vacuum state to the atmosphere.SOLUTION: A heat transfer device includes a first heat insulation part surrounding a first area in which a part to be cooled is placed, a second heat insulation part in which a cooling part for cooling the part to be cooled is provided and which is provided in contact with the first heat insulation part, and an air pressure adjustment part for adjusting a second air pressure of a second area surrounded by the first heat insulation part and the second heat insulation part to a pressure lower than a first air pressure of the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
