The heat transfer member 12 is inserted in a vacuum drying cylinder 10 opened at the upper face. The vacuum drying cylinder 10 is vertically divided, and a heating pipe 16 is vertically arranged in the upper half part of each divided space. A large number of metallic heat transfer plates are mounted to the upper half part of the heating pipe 16 to receive heat transfer from the heating pipe, and a convergence plate 24 inclining toward an ejection port provided at the bottom of the heating cylinder 10 is mounted to the lower half part.
