To raise the absorption performance of a heat transfer pipe for an absorber without recourse to inner surface processing.
The absorption performance is raised by materializing the agitation and mixing action of absorbing solution by providing the inner peripheral face 11a of a pipe with mesh part material 30, in a heat transfer pipe 11 for an absorber which is so arranged as to make absorbing solution absorb refrigerant vapor in the case that the absorbing solution and the refrigerant vapor are introduced into the pipe, or by providing the outer peripheral face of the pipe with mesh member 30, in a heat transfer pipe 11 for an absorber which makes the absorbing solution absorb the refrigerant vapor in the case that the absorbing solution and the refrigerant vapor are let flow outside the pipe.
