PURPOSE: To accelarate the heat transferring in a heat transfer pipe, and to contrive the miniaturizing of the heat exchanger and to improve its quality, by a method wherein plural number of oscillators are provided on a pipe wall along the heat transfer pipe axis.
CONSTITUTION: Oscillators 4 are adhered or embeded on the outer wall of the heat transfer pipe 3 along the pipe axis, and these oscillators have both functions to detect the oscillation of fluid in the pipe and to give the oscillation to fluid. These oscillators are operated by a DC power device 5. An operation control circuit 6 functions measuring of the output by the fluid oscillation from oscillators at the determined intervals and the work to send the input order for oscillators 4 to the DC power device 5 after measuring the optimum oscillation strength to obtain large heat transfer rate from that measured value. Hereby, the large heat transfer rate in the whole heat transfer pipe can be obtained using the minimum outside power.
