Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer pipe having high oxidation resistance and high heat transfer efficiency under a high-temperature condition, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat transfer pipe 1 that has a coating film formed by applying, on a surface with which high-temperature fluid of the base material of the heat transfer pipe 1 contacts, ceramic fiber containing aluminum oxide and silicon oxide and a coating composition containing solvent. The heat transfer pipe 1 can be manufactured by applying the coating composition on the base material surface with dipping or the like, and heating it as necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
