Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase a tube evaporation heat transfer coefficient and a tube condensation heat transfer coefficient of a heat transfer tube with inside grooves which is used for a heat exchanger of an air conditioner or others.
CONSTITUTION: In a heat transfer tube having a large number of continuous helical grooves 3 and fins 2 separating them inside of it, the vertical angle of the fins is made 10-20 degrees, the depth of the grooves 0.15-0.23mm, the width of the bottoms of the grooves 0.1-0.3mm and the helix angle of the grooves 3 to the axis of the tube 10-30 degrees.
