For the heat transmission reinforced type quick heat roller, that is, a quick heat roller 1 with the heating resistor layer 8 arranged on the outer peripheral surface side of a cylindrical body 2, electrical insulating layers 6 and 10 are fixed tightly to the inside and outside surfaces of the heating resistor layer 8, and a heat transmission layer 11, whose thermal conductivity is high and whose heat capacity is proper, is arranged on the outer surface side of the electrical insulating layer 10, so as to efficiently transmit the heat generated from the heating resistor layer 8 to the paper side through the heat transmission layer 11. For the quick heat roller 1 with the heating resistor layer 8 on the inner peripheral surface side of the cylindrical body 2, the electrical insulating layers 6 and 10 are fixed to the inside and outside surfaces of the layer 8, and a heat transmission layer 11, having high heat conductivity, is arranged between the electrical insulating layer 10 on the cylindrical body side and the cylindrical body 2, to efficiently transmit the heat generated from the layer 8 to the paper side via the heat transmission layer 11.
