Abstract:
PURPOSE: To assuredly and uniformly heat-treat a heat treated product by providing a hearth in the lower part of a main furnace body having a heat treating space therein, providing heaters in the main furnace body, arranging a gas feed pipe and gas exhaust pipes in the main furnace body and providing a gas pipe rotating and driving means.
CONSTITUTION: A hearth elevation batch type kiln for feeding or taking out a burned product as a heat treated product to/from a main furnace body 1 by elevating or lowering a hearth 2 is provided with a main furnace body 1, a hearth 2 provided in the lower part of the main furnace body 1, a base plate 3 provided above the hearth 2, heaters 4 fixed in the main furnace body 1, a motor 15 as a gas pipe rotating and driving means provided in the upper part of the main furnace body 1, a gas feed pipe 5 and gas exhaust pipes 6 provided in the main furnace body 1. The gas feed pipe 5 is connected to the motor 15 through ceramic chains 14 so that the gas feed pipe 5 can rotate interlocking with the motor 15 and the rotation and driving of the gas feed pipe 5 is controlled by controlling the rotation driving of the motor 15.
