Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment apparatus of carbonaceous grains that can continue uniform heat treatment of carbonaceous grains at a high temperature over a long term and aims to improve the productivity and workability, without generating change of the packing of carbonaceous grains or disturbance of fluidity, and blockage in furnace due to these, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus is provided with a tubular structure 24 that applies a heat treatment on carbonaceous grains A falling inside of a furnace body 21. The tubular structure 24 is formed into a cylinder. The cylindrical tubular structure 24 is formed by joining 3 to 6 partial cylindrical parts obtained by equally dividing into 3 to 6 along a center axis of the tubular structure 24 in its circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
