Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment apparatus for making a carbon fiber flameproof, simultaneously satisfying equation of heat treatment for fireproof and improvement of productivity with an extremely small installation cost without damaging operability in a heat treatment chamber on the occurrence of abnormality such as yarn break.
This heat treatment apparatus for making the carbon fiber flameproof has an inside wall in the inside of a furnace wall to form the furnace wall into a double structure.
