Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment device for carbonaceous grains, without generating the change in the filling degree of carbonaceous grains, the disturbance in the fluidity thereof and clogging in a furnace caused thereby, capable of uniformly continuing the heat treatment the carbonaceous grains at high temperature over a long period and attaining the improvement of productivity and operability and a method therefor.SOLUTION: A heat treatment device for carbonaceous grains comprises a charge part 10 provided at the upper part of a furnace body 21 and charging carbonaceous grains A to the furnace body 21. The charge part 10 comprises a distribution hopper 12 distributing the carbonaceous grains A, a plurality of feeders 13 provided at the lower part of the distribution hopper 12 and having a function of removing fine powder from each of the distributed carbonaceous grains A and a plurality of raw material bins 14 provided at the lower part of each feeder 13, lowering the inside to the carbonaceous grains A freed from the fine powder and charging the carbonaceous grains A to the furnace body 21. The plurality of raw material bins 14 are arranged at equal intervals with the concentrically circular shape of the central shaft of the furnace body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
