Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment device for carbonaceous grains, before carbonaceous grains are heat-treated, preventing the oxidation thereof and a method therefor.SOLUTION: A heat treatment device for carbonaceous grains comprises a charge part 10 provided at the upper part of a furnace body 21 and having an opening part charging carbonaceous grains to the furnace body 21, a combustion chamber 23 provided at the upper part of the furnace body 21 and charged with the carbonaceous grains and a chimney 231 provided at the combustion chamber 23 and exhausting a combustion gas at the inside of the combustion chamber 23 to the outside. The opening part is provided so as to be separated by a prescribed distance from the bottom part of the combustion chamber 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
