Abstract:
To enable conducting an induction heat-treatment on a work under non-oxidation atmosphere effectively at low cost and with good accuracy.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat treatment device 1 having a heating part 2 for induction heating a hardening necessary zone of a work W to a target temperature, a cooling part 3 for cooling and hardening the hardening necessary zone of the heated work W, a closed chamber 4 in which at least the heating treatment of the heating treatment in the heating part 2 and the cooling treatment in the cooling part 3 is conducted, and a substitution device 13 for substituting chamber atmosphere of the closed chamber 4 from oxidation atmosphere to non-oxidation gas atmosphere, and a temperature adjustment device 50 for adjusting an atmosphere temperature in the closed chamber 4 after substitution to the non-oxidation gas atmosphere by heat exchange between a non-oxidation gas filled in the closed chamber 4 and a cooling fluid 54 circulated in a cooling pipping 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
