PURPOSE: To obtain powdery and granular particles with uniform small grain size at a high yield by diffusing the particles and dispersing air current by a powdery and granular particles diffusing obstruction while rotating the dispersing air current in a rotary part to apply the heating air current.
CONSTITUTION: The heating air current rotated by a heating air current rotary part 11 is ejected from an opening on the lower end of the rotation part 11 located on the inner position of an exhaust port 28 so as to be spread to the outside while rotated. Since a powdery and glanular particles diffusing blade 29 is arranged on the inside of a diffused air current rotary part 21, the granular particles-diffused air current to be moved downward while being rotated along the in wall of the rotary part 21 eccentrically like layers collides with the blade 29 in the rotary part 21 and is diffused to the inside. Thereby, the granular particles-diffused air current in the status increasing the thickness of the rotated air current layer is exhausted from the exhaust port 28 arranged on the lower end of the rotary part 21 while being rotated. Consequently, the density of the granular particles is reduced and the dispersion is uniformly attained, so that the granular particles can be efficiently dispersed with small density.
