Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment device capable of rotating a work in a coolant without using electric equipment such as an electric motor.
In this heat treatment device 10, the heated work 2 and an oil tank 6 disposed under the work 2 are relatively moved, whereby the work 2 is dipped in a quenching oil 4. The device 10 comprises a work holding rotary tool 20 holding the work 2 and integrally rotating with the work 2 by converting the resistance of the quenching oil 4 received during relative movement to a rotating force. A plurality of vertically inclined blades are formed in a rotation part 24 of the work holding rotary tool 20.
