Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating treatment of an object by properly adjusting mutual positional relationship of heating means and a heating element.SOLUTION: A heat treatment device includes: a cover body 30 to dispose an object 1 in a substantially sealed space S; an actuator 60 including heating means for heating a heating element 20 on which the object 1 is placed, by induction heating, and atmospheric air adjustment means for supplying an inert gas to the space S, and moving the heating means along a plane direction; a temperature detection portion 64 for detecting temperatures of places at equal distance from an original point which is an upper place of a central part of the heating means, in two directions orthogonal to each other in the heating element 20; and a control portion 70 calculating temperature difference of two places in each direction from the temperatures detected through the temperature detection portion 64 in a state of driving the heating means, operating a moving amount in a direction in which an absolute value is over a target value, when at least one of the absolute values of the temperature difference is over the target value, and moving the heating means by a moving amount by driving the actuator 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
