Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment device where, when metallic objects to be treated are subjected to heat treatment, dispersion in the conditions of the temperature variation in each part of the objects to be treated during he heat treatment is reduced, and strain caused by the heat treatment is made smaller.SOLUTION: The objects 10 to be treated are arranged between a pair of side walls (33, 34) in a heat treatment chamber 21. A centrifugal fan 29 is arranged so as to be confronted with the objects 10 to be treated in the heat treatment chamber 21, and sucks in a gas from the side of the objects 10 to be treated to generate an air flow. An air flow adjustment part 30 performs adjustment in such a manner that, in the region on the side of each side wall (33, 34) with respect to an intermediate position M1 between the pair of side walls (33, 34), the flow of the air flow from the centrifugal fan 29 upon rotation of the rotary blade 50 of the centrifugal fan 29 to the side of each side wall (33, 34) is regulated in regions (R1, R2) in which the outer peripheral edge part 50c of the rotating rotary blade 50 separates from each side wall (33, 34), and, allowed in regions (P1, P2) in which the outer peripheral edge part 50c of the rotating rotary blade 50 approaches each side wall (33, 34).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
