Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device which can level the heating temperature of a plate-shaped substance to be processed.
SOLUTION: Hot blast to heat plural sheets of substances 3 to be processed is generated within a heating chamber 13. This device is equipped with a dustproof filter for passing the hot blast. Those plate-shaped substances 3 are supported apart above and below, vertically in their thickness direction by support. The support 15 is rotated around the vertical shaft. Hot blast is so circulated as to be blown from lateral direction against each plate-shaped substance 3 supported by the support 15.
