Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a matter to be treated quickly at the start of a heat treatment.
SOLUTION: A matter to be treated is stored in a housing 3. Before the matter to be treated is heated in the housing 3 with superheated steam as a medium, electricity is passed on an induction coil 3b wound around the outer periphery of the housing 3 from a power supply part 5, so that a container 3a and the matter to be treated can be preheated. With this, the container 3a itself of the housing 3 or the matter to be treated will not suffer from dew condensation, and the superheated steam guided into the housing 3 will not be deprived of heat by the container 3a or the matter to be treated. Therefore, it becomes possible to quickly heat the matter at the start of the heating treatment.
