Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heat treatment equipment for granules capable of recovering fine powder particles with less heating unevenness with good yield even if there are variations in properties of the granules to be heat treated.SOLUTION: Heat treatment equipment for granules comprises: a burning kiln 3 having a burner 15 for supplying a combustion gas and having a heat resistant caster 22 installed therein; a preheating kiln 2 having a plurality of scraping blades 20 installed therein; a connecting portion 23, where the burning kiln 3 and the preheating kiln 2 are independently rotatably connected, the connecting portion 23 being provided with an intermediate charging portion 26 for reloading granule captured by a downstream bag filter 16 into the burning kiln 3; and a kiln rotation speed controller 45 for adjusting a kiln rotation speed of the preheating kiln 2, the kiln rotation speed of the preheating kiln 2 being variable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
