Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus in which, when performing induction heating of a workpiece up to target temperature, the whole workpiece can be uniformly heated and furthermore, can easily and rapidly cope even with a change or the like of the workpiece.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a heat treatment apparatus which includes: a heating part 2 for performing induction heating of a workpiece up to target temperature; and a drive mechanism for relatively moving a plurality of coaxially retained workpieces in an axial direction with respect to a heating part 2 in an energized state. The heating part 2 includes: a plurality of coil members 11, each of which has a ring-shaped coil part 11a arranged coaxially with the workpiece so as to be capable of surrounding the workpiece; and a frame body 21 for supporting each coil member 11 so as to be movable in the axial direction while maintaining the coax of coil parts 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
