Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate temperature variations and atmosphere variations, and uniformly heat treat an article to be cooked.
SOLUTION: A furnace chamber 11 is formed in a refractory furnace body 10, and a longitudinal core pipe 12 with an upper end closed is disposed in the furnace chamber 11. The furnace body 10 is divided into a plurality of parts horizontally, and an opening/closing apparatus is provided which opens and joins the divided furnace body parts 10a, 10b. A heater 13 is disposed on an outer periphery of the core pipe 12 and in the furnace chamber 11 to heat the core pipe 12. A stage 33 for supporting an article W to be processed is elevated vertically with an elevating litter 30, and the article W is thrown from a lower portion into the core pipe 12. A rotating driving apparatus 35 is provided on a lower part of the stage 33 for rotating the stage 33 in a predetermined direction.
