Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment furnace which continuously performs heat treatment to processed objects under a higher temperature environment, and to provide a heat treatment device including the heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a heat treatment furnace includes: a housing 8; a heater 9 for heating the housing 8; a table 10 which is rotatably disposed in the housing 8, the table 8 in which an opening part 10a is formed at the center axis side; and a guide 11 which is fixed in the housing 8, is disposed on the table 10, and is formed into a spiral shape formed from the outer periphery side of the table 10 to the opening part 10a.
