Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment furnace in which vibration is hard to be generated, thermoelectric transducers are hard to be exposed to a gas in the furnace, and waste heat can be recovered, and a heat treatment facility comprising the heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: A heat treatment furnace 2 comprises a heat treatment part 3 comprising: an outer shell 30; a heat insulation material 31 arranged at the inside of the outer shell 30; and a heat treatment chamber 33 arranged at the inside of the heat insulation material 31 and performing heat treatment to a workpiece W. The heat treatment furnace 2 further comprises a thermoelectric conversion part 4 having thermoelectric transducers 402, 403 for converting the waste heat of the heat treatment part 3 into electric power. The thermoelectric transducers 402, 403 are arranged between the outer shell 30 and the heat insulation material 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
