To provide a new technology in which freedom of control of the revolution number of a motor is high under a purpose for avoiding adoption of the motor having a large capacity.
The heat treatment furnace 1 in which the inside of the furnace is stirred by a fan 4 driven by the motor 5 is provided with a temperature detection part 8 for detecting the temperature in the furnace and outputting a signal; and control means 6, 9 to which the signal of the temperature detection part 8 is imparted. The control means 6, 9 control the revolution number of the motor corresponding to the temperature in the furnace such that the revolution number of the fan 4 is increased as the temperature in the furnace detected by the temperature detection part 8 is raised.
