Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment furnace capable of reducing the temperature difference when cooling a treated object.
This heat treatment furnace is provided with a cooling gas inflow port 41 and outflow port 42 in a wall part of a heat treatment chamber (a temperature lowering and maintaining chamber 13) provided with a heater 23, and a cooling gas temperature regulating cooler 47 and a cooling gas circulating blower 46 in a gas circulating line 45 connecting the inflow port 41 to the outflow port 42 outside the heat treatment chamber. The inflow port 41 and outflow port 42 are respectively covered with heat storage bodies 50 of air permeable partition plate shape.
