Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment furnace capable of enhancing the cooling efficiency for a thin metal sheet which is floated by air and horizontally conveyed and easily selecting various cooling rates.SOLUTION: The heat treatment furnace 1 includes a cooling zone where a metal thin plate 20 is cooled while being floated with the air 21 and conveyed in the horizontal direction. In a heat treatment chamber 1b in the heat treatment furnace 1, a plurality of air injection nozzles 6 and a plurality of mist spray nozzles 8 are arranged adjacently so as to be orthogonal to a pass line PL on the side surface view along the pass line PL of the thin metal sheet 20 parallel to the floor below and above the pass line PL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
