Abstract:
To provide a heat treatment system capable of attaining miniaturization.SOLUTION: A heat treatment system uses a heating furnace 11 provided with: a furnace body 100 disposed with an object to be heated at the inside; a feed passage 95 for feeding a heating gas heating the object to be heated to the furnace body 100; an exhaust passage for exhausting the heating gas from the furnace body 100; a burner 30 for generating the heating gas by burning fuel; an electric heater 130 for heating the object to be heated; and a circulation fan 125. the burner 30 comprises a heat exchange part for performing heat exchange between the heating gas exhausted to the exhaust passage and an oxidizer gas fed to the burner 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
