Abstract:
To provide a thermal type infrared sensor capable of achieving improvement both of sensitivity and responce speed of an infrared detection part.SOLUTION: A thermal type infrared sensor 100 includes an infrared detection part 10 for absorbing infrared, so as to convert temperature increased by the absorption into an electric signal. The infrared detection part includes an up-conversion material 12X. The up-conversion material can function as a coolant for decreasing the temperature increased in the infrared detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
