Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatable toilet seat that is provided with heating means capable of being attached to a seat member in a short time, and that has excellent appearance quality with no gap, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A heatable toilet seat 100 is provided, in which heating means 120 integrally has a heat insulation material, a filamentous heating element that is disposed above the heat insulation material and that heats a seat member 110, and a heat dispersion sheet for dispersing the heat generated by the filamentous heating element by covering the heat insulation material while contacting with the filamentous heating element. Also, the seat member 110 and a bottom wall member 130 are fitted so that the heat dispersing sheet abuts the inside of the seat member 110, and the heat insulation material abuts the inside of the bottom wall member 130. And also, the seat member 110 and the bottom wall member 130 are bonded by a filling and fixing of a closing member 140 made from molten resin to the outside of a fitted part of the seat member 110 and the bottom wall member 130.
